Last but not least, apart from the antique maps and prints, Carib Fine Art has the largest collection of old Britisch Admiralty sea charts in the Caribbean, covering the whole world. The charts were originally printed in the 19th century and reprinted until the sixties and seventies of the 20th century, when the design changed to no longer show topographical details, this coming about when visual position fixing on board vessels was surpassed by electronic equipment ( this old sea dog husband of the proprietress, still believes in looking out of the wheelhouse windows to see where one is going to).
